Come out of her, my people.
“After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, ‘Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a habitation of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!'” (Revelation 18:1,2).
“And I heard another voice from heaven saying, ‘Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities'” (Revelation 18:4,5).
Babylon (or Babel) was the capital of an ancient empire. The name means “confusion” and originates from the confusion of languages which halted the building of the tower of Babel.
Symbolically, Babylon represents the confusion of idolatry and false religion. “And look, here comes a chariot of men with a pair of horsemen! And he answered and said, ‘Babylon is fallen, is fallen! And all the carved images of her gods He has broken to the ground'” (Isaiah 21:9). “Declare among the nations, Proclaim, and set up a standard; Proclaim, and do not conceal it — Say, ‘Babylon is taken, Bel is shamed. Merodach is broken in pieces; Her idols are humiliated, Her images are broken in pieces'” (Jeremiah 50:2). “And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH” (Revelation 17:5). Harlotry represents unfaithfulness to the true God through the worship of idols (Exodus 34:15,16; Leviticus 20:5; Deuteronomy 31:16; Psalm 73:27; Judges 2:17; 8:33; Jeremiah 2:20; 3:1; Ezekiel 16:15-17). In all ages, Satan — that old serpent, the enemy of God and man — has supplied the world with a confusion of false religions,BUT no Religion so GREAT AND CONFUSING AS CATHOLICISM WHICH FULFILLS THIS PROPHESY PERFECTLY!
Israel was carried away into Babylonian captivity as punishment for its apostasy and idolatry and even today is “Politically” Deceived by the Harlots lies as is the WHOLE WORLD!
Flee from Babylon! THIS IS GOD’S CRY TOWARD HIS OWN PEOPLE IN ALL THE WORLD WHO ARE DECEIVED BY THE FALSE RELIGION THAT PROMISES PEACE AND SAFETY IN IT’S ARMS,WHILE FORCING US TO DRINK FROM IT’S “CUP OF INIQUITY” the Church today has made an alliance with the “MURDERER OF THE SAINTS OF THE PAST” A CONCORDAT OF DEATH with the Master of death.THE PITCHER PLANT IN NATURE IS THE PERFECT REPRESENTATION OF THE VATICAN’S TRUE INTENTIONS REGARDING THE SAINTS OF GOD WITHIN IT’S GRASP TODAY,DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY IT’S BEAUTY.
“Up, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon” (Zechariah 2:7).
“Go forth from Babylon! Flee from the Chaldees!” (Isaiah 48:20).
“Move from the midst of Babylon, Go out of the land of the Chaldeans” (Jeremiah 50:8).
“Up, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon” (Zechariah 2:7).

“TALKING TO THE DEAD” A religious practice of dead religion FORBIDDEN BY God!
I am coming at this problem from an angle that I personally am familiar with as a former black witch in the Occult for 8 years. You may be asking…”Is there such as thing as a sixth sense? Is it possible to communicate with the spirit world?” Popular television shows like Ghost Whisperer, Medium and John Edward Cross Country all seem to suggest that talking to the dead and communicating with spirits is quite possible and even normal, most of the time these shows are well made and entertaining. I personally like to watch these shows for the pure entertainment value ALONE with exception of John Edwards whom I believe is a fake Medium at best AND A REALLY GOOD GUESSER But what does the Bible say about talking to the dead? The Old Testament warns against consulting (And this means in ANY FORM DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY ) with mediums and psychics in several instances. These practices are considered detestable to the Lord.WHY? Because God knows that in doing this we are really “Communicating with Demons” NOT WITH THE PEOPLE WE HAVE LOST! You may be thinking…What does this have to do with the Church..both Catholic & Protestant? According to a recent study by the Baylor Institute for Studies of Religion, 20 percent of Americans believe that the living can communicate with the dead. In an on line survey of 10,000 Beliefnet members, 77 percent said they’d felt the presence of a spirit, angel or dead soul.
Both the survey results and the TV statistics indicate that women are more likely to believe it’s possible to interact with the spirit world. Forty-six percent of women surveyed believed that “the souls of the dead protect the living as spirit guides,” compared with 27 percent of men. Women were also more likely than men to believe that “the dead can hear our prayers or intercede with God on our behalf.”
Most interesting, people tend to view these spirits as protectors who may intervene to help in their daily lives. Forty-two percent in the Beliefnet survey said the souls protect the living by acting as guardian angels or spirit guides. Can you communicate with the dead only if you’re a psychic—or a TV star? Thirty-six percent of Beliefnet poll respondents believed that talking to the dead is “something that everyone has potential for.”
All this interest in communicating with the dead comes despite the fact that Jews and Christians have prohibitions against it. The Bible says, “There shall not be found among you any one that consults a ghost or familiar spirit, or a necromancer” (Deut. 18:10). One respondent captured a common Christian view when he said the appearance of a loved one is “the Devil in disguise.” These spirits are “simply a way to try to move us away from our close relationship with God.”
The Old Testament term for communicating with the dead is “necromancy.” (Deuteronomy 18:11, also read verse 10) It is forbidden by God: “There shall not be found among you… For whoever does these things is detestable to the Lord” (an “abomination,” KJV).
Also see: 1 Samuel 28:3-20; 2 Chronicles 10:13, 14; Isaiah 8:19-22. The punishment for contacting the dead is very severe, if not repented of.
This must also include what Roman Catholicism claims is praying to the “saints” — the deceased who have been beatified, canonized, or placed in a position of spiritual superiority by the hierarchy. (Scripture refers to all believers as “saints.”) The real force at work in such “apparitions” (appearances of the deceased) is deception: demonic activity, evil spirits. I am a personal witness to these deceptive beings “Pretending ” to be humans who once lived on earth,it does happen for Satan disguises himself as “an angel of light,” it says in 2 Corinthians 11:14. (He doesn’t approach us saying, “Boo!” or we’d run & hide.)
When prophecies or visions fail to come to pass, we know they’re not of God (Deuteronomy 18:21-22). But even if a vision or prophecy DOES COME TO PASS (and Satan can & does have the power to make THINGS COME TO PASS AS HE SAID THEY WOULD,AS LONG AS THAT THING IS WITHIN THE PLAN OF GOD;SO DON’T BE FOOLED, scripture says, we are still instructed to discern the source: if it doesn’t glorify Jesus — if it glorifies any other person, living or dead — it’s not of God. examine or
When someone claims to have received a “vision” of the dead, it’s really a deception of the enemy — demon forces at work. Luke chapter 16 contains excellent instruction on the state of the dead, referring to an impassable separation between the after-life and this world. Those in the next world, saved or otherwise, simply do not return to deliver messages to the living:
“[Lazarus] died and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom,” and the rich man died and suffered torment in Hades. A “great gulf” separated the two and was “fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.” (Luke 16:19-31)
Another example is the instance in which, at the death of his son, David testified: “I shall go to him, but he shall not return unto me.” (2 Samuel 12:15-23)
Not all miracles are of God. Satan performs lying signs and wonders (Exodus 7:9-12; 8:7, 17-19; Deuteronomy 13:1-5; Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; 2 Thessalonians 2:9; Revelation 13:13-14, 16:14; 19:20) The magicians in the times of Moses and Daniel could perform some magic (Exodus 7:9-12; 8:7; Daniel 1:20) … but their power is limited (Exodus 8:17-19; Daniel 2:2, 10, 27; 4:7; 5:7-8, 15).
Many Roman Catholics and others, lacking discernment* and knowledge of the Scriptures (“My people perish for lack of knowledge”) — and trusting the hierarchy of man — fail to “test the spirits and see whether they be of God” (1 John 4:1). They assume the priests do that for them! Some of the primary points relative to this issue include:
If a sign or wonder predicted comes to pass, but the person is enticed to follow after another god, we are to reject it. (Deuteronomy 13:1-5) Also, if the message delivered is contrary to Scripture, it’s not from God (Isaiah 8:20; 2 Timothy 3:16). Some religious messages don’t glorify Jesus at all; rather, the “vision” is glorified and, repeated again and again, perpetuated by tradition.
The Roman Catholic practice of praying to and for the dead can be traced in part to the Old Testament apocryphal books (2 Maccabees 12:46 “It is a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead.”) These books, rejected from the canon (“rule,” or “standard”) of Scripture, contain historical and geographical errors, and many teachings inconsistent with the rest of scripture: salvation by almsgiving; suicide; magic; angelic intercession; etc. Definitely nothing sturdy upon which to base one’s eternal destiny. Matthew 24:23-27 (KJV)”Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” Colossians 2:18 (KJV)” Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,”
1 Peter 5:8 (KJV)” Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: ” Isaiah 8:19-20 (KJV)”And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
Now here is a direct reference to a Lying spirit telling us he goes into men to Lie and mislead, but in this case God is using this Demon to his advantage to bring his plan into being for Israel. 1 Kings 22:21-23 (KJV)”And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so. Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee. “
The Catholic Teaching of Praying to Saints and the virgin Mary HAVE WITCHCRAFT WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!
If you are a Roman Catholic, it would be very wise to be concerned as to why the Catholic Church teaches some things that are totally contrary to God’s word? One of these things the Bible clearly teaches us is that we are not to have or pray to graven images (statues). “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God”, Exodus 20:4-5a THIS GOES FOR ALL CHRISTIANS WHO HAVE PICTURES OF JESUS OR CROSSES AROUND THEIR NECKS AS WELL! Go to this link to learn about Charms “LUCK:The Truth”. Worship is a tricky thing and can be done sometimes without knowing it with Charms that we think ARE HARMLESS!
If you are praying to Mary or a saint; you are also practicing necromancy. Necromancy is communicating with those who are dead. It is a hideous sin that is an abomination to a holy God.Deut. 8:10-12 “There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. “
Abomination is one of the strongest words used by God for something He utterly detests. ARE THE SAINTS DEAD? HAS MARY THE MOTHER OF JESUS DIED? THE ANSWER IS …YES! THEY ARE ALL DEAD,THEREFORE WE ARE FORBIDDEN TO TALK TO THEM OR ASK FOR ADVICE FROM THEM! The usual argument that this a spiritual exercise to bring us closer to God does NOT WORK BECAUSE OF THIS SPECIFIC WARNING!
“There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead” (Luke 16:19-31).
This man prayed to and called Abraham his father, and this was very wrong. We all know that Abraham was a righteous man in scripture. He was a great man of faith. If he wasn’t to be prayed to, then no other saints are to be prayed to either. If you are praying to Mary or any other saint you will also be where this rich man was one day. Jesus tells us to call no man Father except God in heaven. Why are priests called Father?
“And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven” Matthew 23:9.
As he prayed to Abraham he knew where he had gone wrong. He had not repented while he had been alive. Now it was to late! But he still had mercy on his brothers, but unfortunately he was indoctrinated into believing that Abraham could help them.
The rich man in hell was telling a saint what would happen if those who rose from the dead would go to his brothers. Just like in his former life, the rich man obviously thought he knew what was best, but where did it get him? A place called hell! We need to trust in God’s word’s, not any priest’s, not our own heart; nothing… but the word of God!
Dear Catholic friend, ask yourself the most important question; do you trust in God’s word or in man’s? As you have seen, the Bible and Catholic teachings appear to be completely different on what really matters most. Which way will you turn? Will you trust in the living and the risen savior? The One who rose from the dead so you can live again? Or will you continue to trust in man’s word which will not be able to do anything for you when you stand at the judgment seat of Christ. Are you still determined to pray to any dead saint or idol? What can they possibly do for you once you are in hell? Why not put your trust in Jesus Christ, the living Lord and Savior the only one who can save you from death and hell. “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” Revelation 1:18.
